Field trip permission form

Dear Parents,

GUESS WHAT!!! The Character Building Department is going on a trip to the Nile Panorama at the Military Academy in Heliopolis on the 5^thof October, 2011.Students from Grades 1-3 will be going on the trip. Notice that students should wear their uniform on the day of the trip.  Buses will leave school at 10:30 a.m. and will return back by 12:30 p.m.The trip will cost 20L.E/student. Please return the permission slip to your child’s teacher before the 29^th of September, 2011. Permission Slips will not be accepted after the deadline.

Please find enclosed 20 L.E in cash to cover the cost of the trip.
