Dear Parents,

Welcome to an exciting new academic year at New Generation International Schools. We are looking forward to having your child in our kindergarten department.

My name is .............................................. and I will be your child’s KG......Teacher.

I am thrilled to be your child's teacher.

To make ourselves organized and have a smooth year, kindly read the following and sign below:

-          Please make our communication either through the phone or through the Daily Express. Kindly don’t send any messages with matrons.

-          If you are sending money, please seal it in an envelope and write your child's name and class and, staple it in the Daily Express.

-          Kindly LABEL all your child's belongings if your child's items are not labeled, it’s not the school's responsibility.

-          If you want me to call you, please make it before 12 noon.

-          Toys of any kinds are not allowed (especially guns and psp).

-          Girl's jewelleries, necklaces and nail polish are not allowed.

-          Girl’s hair must be tied and boys must have a proper hair cut.

-          Your child must come to school with a proper uniform.

-          Students coming to school by car must be at school by 7:45 a.m. The first delay will be verbal warning but, the second delay your child will be sent back home.

-          Make sure to pick up your child at 2:30 p.m. There is no proper supervision after 2:45 p.m.

-          We will be checking the student's hair and nails at the beginning of the year and regularly every month without any notifications.

-          If you need to contact the teacher, please do it through the school phone numbers as it’s not allowed to have the teacher's personal number.

-          Please try your best to attend all the school events, especially if your child is on the stage so that your child won't feel alone and neglected.

-          Be prompt in sending trips money because no permission slips or money will be accepted after the dead line. Send the money in a sealed envelope with your child’s name.

-          Kindly read the Daily Express every day and acknowledge us by signing or ticking that you have read it.

-           If your child is sick please keep him/her at home. Also, if your child has any medication, kindly write to me in the Daily Express.

-          Teach your child or daughter to be responsible to remember to return the library books on the due date and in a good condition

-          If you want to celebrate your child's birthday at school you have to inform me 2 days in advance and the duration of the birthday will be 30 minutes. Please be prompt.

-          If you change your contacts or address, kindly inform me so that I can change your contacts with the administration.

-          Always make sure that your mobiles are on at all time because in case of emergency (God Forbid) we will need to reach you as fast as we can.

-          Please keep the Daily Express in the plastic folder and always make sure it's in your child's bag on a daily basis. Take out any papers from the folder to be kept at home.

-          Your little angel must sleep early (EARLY TO BED, EARLY TO RISE,,MAKES YOU HEALTHY,WEALTHY AND WISE). Make sure to send healthy food with your child to school (NO CHIPS - NO CHOCOLATE-NO GLASS BOTTLES-NO CEREAL, MILK, PLATES OR SPOONS).

-          Please teach your child to be responsible to finish his/her homework on the same day and bring it to school the very next day. If homework is not done, your child will be deprived from his/her break.

-          Kindly provide us with the needed supplies printed overleaf for your child’s use in class so that we can organize ourselves as soon as possible.

-           If you have any further questions or wish to speak to me at any point, please contact me, provided that it is before 12 noon and through the school administration and I will return your call as soon as possible.

-          The Teachers and Administration are all ready to encourage your child in the academics of the English and Arabic languages, math, science, social studies, religion, art, music, computer, Character Building, and P.E., while working to help develop independence, social skills, and learning through exploration.
